Day 1: Cairo Arrival | Welcome to the Land of the Pharaohs
Welcome to Cairo, the vibrant capital of Egypt! After settling into your hotel, you’ll begin your journey through time with the enchanting Sound & Light Show at the Giza Plateau.
Watch as the pyramids and Sphinx are illuminated against the night sky, accompanied by dramatic narration telling tales of ancient pharaohs and gods. It’s a magical introduction to Egypt’s glorious past.
Day 2: Pyramids of Giza & Flight to Luxor
No trip to Egypt is complete without standing before the legendary Pyramids of Giza and the enigmatic Sphinx. You’ll have the chance to explore these ancient wonders up close, feeling the awe of their scale and mystery.
Later, catch a short flight to Luxor, where you’ll check in and relax in preparation for tomorrow’s adventures on the East and West Banks of the Nile.
Day 3: Luxor East Bank | Karnak Temple & Luxor Temple
Today, you’ll discover the East Bank of Luxor, starting with the breathtaking Karnak Temple, the largest religious complex ever built.
Walk through its towering columns, grand halls, and sacred lakes, imagining the ceremonies that once took place here. In the afternoon, visit the elegant Luxor Temple, especially captivating during sunset when its ancient stones glow in the light—a perfect blend of history and beauty right in the city center.
Day 4: Luxor West Bank | Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple & the Colossi of Memnon
Cross the Nile to the West Bank, the burial ground of pharaohs and nobles. Explore the legendary Valley of the Kings, where you can enter elaborately decorated tombs, including that of the young king Tutankhamun.
Continue to the stunning Temple of Hatshepsut, a masterpiece of ancient architecture built into the cliffs, and conclude at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues guarding the Theban necropolis.
Day 5: Flight to Cairo & the Grand Egyptian Museum
After breakfast, fly back to Cairo and step into the future of Egyptology at the Grand Egyptian Museum. Home to an unparalleled collection of artifacts—including the complete treasures of King Tutankhamun—this state-of-the-art museum offers a majestic finale to your historical adventure, beautifully presenting Egypt’s ancient legacy.
Day 6: Cairo Departure

Dawei is a Tibetan Buddhist, and comes from the most north edge of the Tibetan plateau in Qinghai province, Western China. He has travelled as a tour leader to many South Asian countries such as India, Bhutan and also nearly the entire country of China. He focuse especially on guiding in Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan, Ningxia provinces and Tibetan regions. Andrew was born and grew up in a small village of Zhangjiajie, Hunan. From 2009-2012 he works for royal Caribbean International cruise as an onboard guest services officer.
