Begin your adventure in Huangshan City, where you’ll be picked up and transferred to your hotel for a relaxing start.
On day two, embark on a journey to the legendary Mount Huangshan (Yellow Mountain). Ascend via the Yungu cable car and explore its most iconic sites, including the Beginning-to-believe Peak, Brush Pen Peak, and the remarkable West Sea Grand Canyon. End your day at the Cloud-dispelling Pavilion, where you can admire one of Huangshan’s famous sunsets and spend a memorable night on the mountain.
Wake up early to witness the glowing Huangshan sunrise, a true highlight for every visitor. Continue your exploration to the panoramic Bright Summit and the distinctive Flying-over Rock before descending the mountain.
Your journey continues to UNESCO-listed Hongcun Village, a 900-year-old ancient village known for its charming waterways and well-preserved architecture. Conclude your adventure with a stroll along Tunxi Ancient Street in Huangshan City, soaking in the atmosphere of traditional China before your onward journey.

Day 1: Arrive in Huangshan City
Airport or train station pickup and transfer to your reserved hotel.
Day 2: Drive to Mount Huangshan 55km/1hrs
Huangshan was formally called as Yishan. Huangshan comes from the legend that Emperor Xuanyuan once made alchemy here. Start from back mountain, take Yungu cable car up, you will visit Beginning-to-believe Peak, Brush Pen Peak, West Sea Grand Canyon and more. At Cloud-dispelling Pavilion, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Stay the night on the mountain.
Day 3: Huangshan Sunrise, drive to Hongcun, Tunxi Ancient Street & Departure
Wake up early in the morning to appreciate the glowing sunrise. After breakfast, visit Bright Summit, it is 1860 meters above sea level, the second highest peak of Huangshan, here you can have a panoramic view of all the mountain peaks.
After visiting Flying-over Rock, take cable car down to the mountain. Drive to Hongcun, the 900-year-old village was listed as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. Later, drive to visit Tunxi Ancient Street in Huangshan City.
After that, drive to train station or airport.
Tips: the departure time of your train or flight is to be after 3pm.
